Current flight prices are not representative of what they’ll actually be for our wedding dates. It’s still too far out and airlines haven’t released their full flight schedules yet, so please don’t worry about the prices you’re seeing right now!
Booking flights with credit card points is an amazing option too.
Please arrange travel to get into Palma by Thursday May 20th, at the very least.
We recommend arriving in Mallorca on Thursday and spending one night in Palma, or anywhere else on the island, before checking into the venue hotel on Friday. Our first wedding event begins Friday at 2:00 PM, so we strongly recommend against arriving in Palma on Friday morning. Arriving a day early gives you a buffer for any unexpected travel delays or jetlag and ensures you won’t miss any of the festivities!

Flights
Fly into Palma Airport (PMI) for travel to Mallorca.
For those coming from the US, most itineraries will include a connection through a major European airport such as Madrid, Barcelona, London, Paris, Amsterdam or Frankfurt before continuing on to Mallorca.

Our favorite Europe travel hack: Don’t only search for flights directly to Palma! We find the best flight deal into a major European city, then book a separate regional flight to Mallorca. European flights between major cities and Palma are surprisingly inexpensive, and booking the trip this way saves you a lot.

Planning your trip
Please arrive to Mallorca at least 1 day before the festivities begin to allow time to settle in after travel and enjoy the island. Here are some ideas:
Idea No.1
Stay 1 or 2 nights in Palma to explore Mallorca’s biggest city then head to the wedding hotel on Friday for check-in & festivities. (You can do a lot of cool day trips from Palma as a home base)
Idea No.2
Explore other areas of the island before the weekend begins! (Also a must do idea for after the weekend, depending on your plans!) Mallorca is such a big and beautiful island, it would be a sin to not see the other parts either before or after the weekend

Idea No.3
Fly in on Thursday & book Thursday as an additional night at the wedding hotel. Then on Friday, you’re already there. If you choose this option, please email us so we can coordinate our special group rate for you.
Rental Car
We highly recommend booking a rental car. Not only is Mallorca such a big island with so many places to explore, but we found that 1 day of renting a car is equivalent to the fare of 1 taxi ride, so it makes a lot of sense to rent.
**For the best experience, book through a company you know (Hertz, Alamo, etc.) We found that the small companies we’ve never heard of required an international driver’s license, while Alamo didn’t mind. We rent cars every time we travel and have never needed an international driver’s license (confirm this with your rental company) but if you are interested, it’s only $20 and possible via AAA.com, just takes 5 days to process, so don’t wait last minute.

Don’t panic at today’s prices.
If you look the moment the invite lands, the fares will seem high — that’s normal. Airlines haven’t set real prices yet this far out. The good deals for Europe appear about 3 to 5 months before the trip. Here’s the rhythm:
